Recently I saw the following quote, which peaked my curiosity.
“Do just once what others say you can’t do, and you will never pay attention to their limitations again.” James R. Cook
I would expand this to include you in the equation. Many times we are the ones saying that we can’t do it. When we challenge that thinking and succeed, we are much more likely and confident to follow what we know to be true, rather than avoid what we are afraid to be true. As we enter a new year what small step can you take to do something that you or others have said that you can’t? Imagine what your life would be like if you did what you wanted rather than what you felt you had to.
